Hi, Iā€™m alyssa.

I love all things sports and fitness. My entire life has been spent in this arena and I am eager to share my passion, knowledge and experience with others.

I grew up in western Oklahoma where I was fortunate enough to play many sports throughout my childhood including volleyball, basketball, track & field, tennis, and gymnastics. In my high school career, I was a 4a Volleyball State Champion, named the state tournament Most Valuable Player, and made multiple State Track & Field appearances. Additionally, in high school I played competitive club volleyball before being recruited to and playing Division 1 volleyball at the University of Northern Colorado where I was a four year starter for the Bears.

Throughout these experiences, I have been exposed to countless, supportive teammates and numerous coaches who dedicated themselves to my personal athletic development. I feel it is my calling to use what I have learned and give that same support and knowledge to others. I lead, guide, and motivate my clients and athletes using positivity, encouragement and support to better themselves in their own personal goals. I enjoy personalizing each session to meet the needs of the individual whether that be general physical fitness or workouts for those interested in a sports career.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, or go ahead and schedule a session with me when you are ready to take the next step in making improvements.

my approach

I believe that it is of high importance that we all prioritize our time and our health to better benefit our lives. The way that I find most beneficial is through functional fitness. Functional fitness is designed to train the body for daily activities and to make motions easier and safer, whether your daily movements are on the court/field within sport, or in real world situations. Deliberate and consistent habits are what make true improvements sustainable and long lasting. Body awareness and control are key factors in sports performance as well as daily living to reduce the risk for injury. I use functional movements to replicate the moves needed for my clients specific lifestyle.

Physical improvements are obtained through continuous repetition and natural movements that are fluid for the body. I encourage all to make small, simple choices every day that move them towards their goal. Compounding exercises including strength, flexibility, and balance are the key components for preparing the body to endure the necessary tasks throughout an individuals day to day activities. HEALTH IS THE REAL WEALTH, so let me help you prioritize health in your life!

consistency + hardwork = progress
